My kids beg me to make these!! I healthy them up a little by using only 1 c. of a.p. flour and then 3/4 c. of whole wheat flour. I also use half coconut oil and half light olive oil (it doesn't taste like olive oil!!).

Ingredients For banana chocolate chip muffins

1 3/4 call-purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 csugar

1 1/4 tspcream of tartar

2eggs, beaten

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
2ripe bananas, mashed
-
1/8 cmilk (or a little more to make batter a bit more moist)

8 ozchocolate chips
How To Make banana chocolate chip muffins

1Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl.

2In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.

3Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix chocolate chips until well combined. Spoon into a sprayed muffin pan. Bake for about 18 minutes.
