My Children Love this when I make it. I have been doing different things with it, like making it in a bunt pan instead of the loaf pan. I have also make it into little muffins. I found that if I make it fun and small, they all eat it up much quicker.

Ingredients For banana bread

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 or 4 lg
    banana's (mashed)

How To Make banana bread

  • 1
    Cream butter, eggs, sugar. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add vanilla. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour into loaf pan, bunt pan, or muffin pan. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes.
