Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Gluten free! These muffins are extremely delicious! They are moist and yummy and completely safe for all celiacs! ENJOY!
1Preaheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Whisk all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate medium bowl whisk your eggs and oil together. Then add your grated apple and cinnamon. Combine with your dry ingredients. After this it looked a little dry so I chose to add 3 tablespoons milk. It turned out amazingly delicious!
3Put muffin cups into your muffin pan or just grease your pan. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake about 22-27 minutes. I would continuously check to see if they're done because not all ovens cook exactly the same. Insert a toothpick, when it emerges mostly clean they are done. Let cool about 5-7 minutes. Then enjoy!
