First mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. set aside.
In another bowl, add buttermilk, put eggs in and beat gently to encorporated. In a small stream mix the butter into the buttermilk.
Dump your wet into your dry. Mix only until incorporated.
Heat your griddle to 350 and butter it. I use a little less than 1/4 cup per pancake.
