Good Morning Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients

2 c
pancake mix
2 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
allspice
1 1/2 c
evaporated milk
1/2 c
pumpkin, solid pack
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

In large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, sugar, cinnamon and allspice; add evaporated milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla then beat until smooth.

For each pancake, pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup batter (depending on size you want) onto heated, lightly greased griddle.

Cook until top is bubbly and edges are dry.

Turn pancakes; cook until golden.

Keep warm.

Serve with syrup, honey or butter.

At our house we use Bisquick, but you can use any pancake mix you like. They should all work :)

No problem, I give them a 5 star rating cause there were no leftovers...I love ordering Pumpkin pancakes at our fav diner but now that I know a recipe for them I'll make them more often!
