Hi Connie, i just bought 4 cans unsweeted coconut milk on Saturday to use with my fish recipes. For sure i am saving one can for this great recipe. I just love this website. I have met such nice people who are all crazy about cookimg like myself. I always thought I was a little weird because of my passion for cooking and baking. when people ask what my hobby is? I say cooking and baking they look at me as if I were crazy. They say that's not a hobby that's work. I am so glad I am not the only one who is food crazy around here. I have lots of friends who are passionate about cooking and finding new recipes. LOL to all my food buddies and friends

Juliann, I am very happy to be a part of this website myself. I love to cook and mostly to share what I know with those willing to try something new for a change. I am passionately inlove with cooking and baking. I am so thankful that I have this gift. I wish I can find someone who I can be partner in opening our own restuarant someday. Serving only the best of taste around the world.
