Ingredients For caramelized onion focaccia

3 lgsweet onions, thinly sliced

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspmarsala wine or apple juice

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1 tube13.8 ounces refrigerated pizza crust

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1/4 cshredded parmsesan cheese
How To Make caramelized onion focaccia

1In a large skillet, cook the onions, brown sugar, wine, salt and pepper in butter over medium-low heat for 30-40 minutes or until onions are caramelized, stirring frequently.

2On a greased baking sheet, roll out pizza crust into a 13-in. x 10-in. rectangle. Brush with oil. Top with onions and cheese.

3Bake at 400° for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
