Ingredients For strawberry bread

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 1/4 c
    oil
  • 2 c
    strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make strawberry bread

    In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil and mix until well blended.

    Stir in strawberries and nuts just until moistened. pour batter into two greased loaf pans.

    bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 70 minutes.
