Ingredients For pumpkin spice bread

  • 1 box
    pillsbury or krustez quick bread
  • 1 cup
    dried raisins
  • 1 cup
    toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • zest from two oranges
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make pumpkin spice bread

  • 1
    Dump cake mix in bowl; add spices and stir well;

    add wet ingredients including zest and stir to mix;

    Add craisins and nuts, stir. Pour into greased bundt or loaf pan; bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

    In small bowl mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp ginger and enough fresh squeezed orange juice to make drizzle glaze; mix well and drizzle over cooled cake or bread.
