I love my husband and my friends. But if they had THEIR way; once the weather gets cool outside, they would have me making my Pumpkin- Cranberry Bread EVERY DAY!

Ingredients

3 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
salt
2 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking soda
2 c
pumpkin puree
1 c
vegetale oil
4
eggs, beaten
1/2 c
water
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
allspice
1/2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
12 oz
cranberries , fresh in bag

Step-By-Step

1Preheat over to 350 F
2Sift together the flour, salt,sugar,and baking soda.
3Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices together , then combine with the dry ingredients, but do not mix too thoroughly.
4Fold in Cranberries.
5Pour into well-buttered loaf pan.
6Bake 50 - 60 minutes, until straw comes out clean. Turn out of pan and cool on rack.
