Ingredients For peanut honey bread

2 call-purpose flour or unbleached all-purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 cchunky peanut butter

1 lgegg
-
1/4 c100% pure honey, made in america

2 Tbspbutter or margarine

1 cmilk
-
1/2 to 1 cchopped honey-roasted peanuts
How To Make peanut honey bread

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease well, a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

2Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Using a pastry blender or mixer, cut in the peanut butter. Beat egg lightly, and melt the butter. Mix egg, butter, honey, and milk together; stir into first mixture.

3Fold in the chopped peanuts. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for about an hour, or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then put out onto a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely, before cutting.
