Ingredients For mom brier's zucchini bread

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    zucchini shredded
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    walnuts or pecans chopped

How To Make mom brier's zucchini bread

    Grease and flour two loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix first 5 ingredients, set aside.
  • 3
    Mix remaining ingredients except nuts.

    Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients. When mixed thoroughly add nuts.

    Pour evenly between the two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
