I've had French toast that wasn't cinnamony enough. This recipe fixes that. So yummy!

Ingredients For kimmi's overnight baked french toast casserole

pam cooking spray

1 cansweetened condensed milk, fat free

1 cmilk
-
1 Tbspcinnamon, ground

1/8 tspsea salt
-
4 x lgeggs
-
1 Tbsppure vanilla extract

16 - 20 slicetexas toast
- TOPPINGS:
-
cinnamon sugar
-
land o lakes cinnamon sugar butter
-
pure maple syrup
How To Make kimmi's overnight baked french toast casserole

1In medium bowl, add sweetened condensed milk & milk whisk until combined.

2Add eggs, cinnamon & extract, whisk until combined. Let rest 10 minutes for flavors to combine.

3Spray bottom & sides of 8 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

4Lay down a layer of texas toast.

5Ladle on 1/2 of cinnamony-egg mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top of each bread piece.

6Lay down another layer of texas toast.

7Ladle remaining cinnamon-egg mixture over the top. Push down gently on bread so it soaks up all that goodness & sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top of each bread piece.

8Cover with foil & refrigerate overnight.

9In morning, take out of refrigerator & let come to room temperature at least 1/2 hour. (COOKING THINGS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR WILL BRING TEMP DOWN WITH COOKING ANYTHING - IF IT COMES TO ROOM TEMP FIRST...IT'LL START COOKING).

10Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

11Bake 45 minutes.

12When serving, add land o lakes cinnamon sugar butter & pure maple syrup & enjoy the cinnamony goodness!
