Ingredients For cranberry pumpkin bread

    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    cranberries, chopped
  • 1 c
    pumpkin
  • 2 1/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    pumpkin spice

How To Make cranberry pumpkin bread

  • 1
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin, mix well. Combine flour, pie spice, soda and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, pour pumpkin mixture into well. Stir just until moistened. Stir in chopped cranberries. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake one hour in a 350 degrees oven. Makes 2 loaves.
