Ingredients

2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 1/2 c
bananas mashed
1 c
applesauce
1/8 c
honey

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 350 F

2Cook on low heat mashed bananas for just a minute to allow the natural juices to come out.

3Mix the honey and applesauce together.

4Add bananas. Taste.. if not enough banana flavor add another banana.

5In another bowl add flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.Mix the dry ingredients.

6Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Mix well.

7Put mixture in a mini loaf pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
