Visiting cousin with celiac disease, brown bananas on the counter. Decided to give this a shot and it came out delicious!

    butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 4
    bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 c
    gluten free bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make amy's gf bisquick banana bread

    Cream together butter and sugar
  • 2
    Add eggs and mashed bananas, combine well
  • 3
    Add bisquick and vanilla to creamed mixture

    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan

    Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes

    Ovens vary, change degrees and cooking time accordingly. I recommend using a glass dish. Enjoy!
