Amy's GF Bisquick Banana Bread

Visiting cousin with celiac disease, brown bananas on the counter. Decided to give this a shot and it came out delicious!

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, room temperature
1/2 c
sugar
2
eggs, beaten
4
bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c
gluten free bisquick
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Cream together butter and sugar

2Add eggs and mashed bananas, combine well

3Add bisquick and vanilla to creamed mixture

4Pour into greased and floured loaf pan

5Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes

6Ovens vary, change degrees and cooking time accordingly. I recommend using a glass dish. Enjoy!
