mix first 7 ingredients as fpr biscuits. roll out to a rectangle. spread with a little extra butter
combine rhubarb, sugar and flour and spread over dough. roll up like cinnamon roll.
slice into 12 rolls and place in a 9x13 inch pan mix brown sugar with 2 cups of boiling water . pour over rolls
bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
