Ingredients For pull-apart pizza bread

  • 1 pkg
    (12 ozs.) refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 md
    green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 md
    red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 sm
    onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    black olives, sliced & drained, optional
  • 1 tsp
    dried italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 c
    (2 ozs.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

How To Make pull-apart pizza bread

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 14 in. pizza pan.

    Separate biscuits. Place 2 biscuits in center of prepared pizza pan. Arrange remaining biscuits, edges touching, in rows around center biscuits. Pat out dough with fingers to 10 in. circle, pressing edges together to seal; brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with bell peppers, onion, Italian seasoning and garlic salt; top with cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 6-8 servings.
