This is a very simple recipe but so tasty served with Italian food It also makes wonderful sandwiches. Try it toasted with tuna salad. MMMMM good.

Ingredients

PLACE INGREDIENTS IN BREAD MACHINE PAN IN THIS ORDER:

1-1/4 c
lukewarm water (105º-110º)
2 Tbsp
olive oil or softened butter
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley leaves**
1-1/2 tsp
chopped fresh rosemary leaves**
1/2 tsp
chopped fresh thyme leaves**
2 Tbsp
granulated sugar
1 tsp
salt
3 c
flour,bread or all purpose
1 pkg
(2-1/4 tsp) active dry yeast or quick acting)

Use these measurement for dried herbs
1 tablespoon dried chopped parsley leaves
3/4 teaspoon dried chopped rosemary leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried chopped thyme leaves

Place ingredient in bread machine pan in exact order as shown above.

Make certain that flour completely covers liquid

REGULAR COOKING: Turn machine to basic cycle with medium crust.

You can also use the rapid cycle for this bread.
