Amazing Spice Blended Bread

Tammy Brownlow

I know some of you are going to think I have lost my mind... I just had to try it...

Do you love the smell of Pumpkin Pie Spice as much as I do? The spice blend I used is a mixture of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice.

It is wonderful in this bread. As you can see from the pictures it gives the bread a wonderful color, almost like wheat. The flavor is very subtle, the aroma is divine! I recommend using this as you would any other bread sandwiches and so forth. The spice just makes it unique.

If you enjoy baking white bread try this and you will be VERY happy!!
