Mix cornmeal and water. Set aside and allow to cool.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Add a little flour if the dough is too sticky to roll.
Heat a very small amount of oil in a frying pan. Cook on both sides until brown bubbles appear. (The less oil, the better. Can also use PAM.)
Use for enchilada recipes or any calling for corn tortillas.
