POTATO BREAD IN MACHINE (SALLYE)

I have adapted my mother's potato bread recipe so it can be made in the bread machine. This is a great all-purpose bread.

For variety, you can add a pinch of various herbs such as dill, thyme, rosemary, but it's really good just plain.

Enjoy.
