So easy and really is Fail Proof. Bake any pizza at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until done. Cheesy sticks might not take as long.

Ingredients

DOUGH

2 1/4 tsp
yeast
1 Tbsp
honey
2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
olive oil
3 c
flour

CHEESE BREAD STICKS

1/2
a dough recipe
2 Tbsp
butter
2 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
1/4 lb
mozzarella cheese, shredded
pepper and spices as desired

Step-By-Step

1In a large mixing bowl, preferably that of a stand mixer, stir yeast and honey into warm water. Sit for 5-10 minutes or until bubbles form and mixture starts to foam.

2Pour in salt, oil and half the flour and mix.

3Once that flour is incorporated, start adding flour in bit by bit until you get the pizza dough to the consistency you want: slightly tacky, but when you touch it it doesn’t stick to your hands.

4Once you reach this stage, turn the mixer on high to knead for 6 minutes. Turn a timer on and walk away! Resist the temptation to stop earlier than 6 minutes!

5Lightly grease the bowl & the dough so it doesn’t dry out, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise 1-2 hours. That’s it!

6You can turn the dough into anything; pizza crust, cheesy bread, calzone anything you would like.

7If you want to make a stuffed crust pizza I use cheese sticks, just roll the crust out enough to be bigger than the pizza stone. Wrap the crust over the cheese sticks.
