E-Z Low Fat Bisquick Mix

I've been using this recipe since 2007 and always keep a jar of on the counter. Use it just as you would any baking mix. I'm posting the original recipe but I never add any sugar. It's easy enough to add some Splenda if I want a sweet dough for anything.

Ingredients

3 1/4 c
unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c
sugar (totally optional, i never use it)
1 c
nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1 1/2 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Mix together.
2Cover tightly and store.
3Use water, buttermilk or skim milk to moisten. Use as much as needed to make dough or batter to the consistency you want for biscuits, pancakes, or whatever.
