Ingredients

Half c
coconut flour
Half c
golden flax meal
One tsp
baking soda
Five large
eggs
Half c
raw cane sugar
Half c
filtered water
One stick
unsalted butter
One tsp
apple cider vinegar
Half Tbsp
cinnamon powder
Half tsp
ginger (powder)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 1.4 L loaf pan.
2In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients except sugar.
3The butter should be softened prior to the creaming. Thereafter cream butter and sugar. Gradually add the eggs, then vinegar. Beat well.
4Add the dry ingredients alternating with water. Beat well.
5Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or better still until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing.
