3 calmond flour

1/4 tspsea salt

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

2 Tbspgrapeseed oil

3 lgeggs

2 cmashed bananas

1 cfrozen blueberries
How To Make banana berry muffings

1preheat oven to 350 and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

2mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. wisk grapeseed oil and eggs together in a separated bowl. stir the oil mix into the dry ingredients.

3stir the mashed bananas into the mix and then fold in the blueberries. pour into the lined muffin cups. Bake for 35-40 minutes. cool for 30 minutes.
