You MUST watch the video to get down the technique..its eacy but hard to explain...and NO there is no yeast in this...LOL

olive oil, extra virgin
3/4 tsp
fine salt

Chef John is really funny and you will enjoy it.. The directions are just too hard to explain..its EASY to do..but you just have to get down the technique.
