- tomatoes, canned
- 1 Tbsp
- bacon drippings
- 1/4 slice
- 2 Tbsp
1Cut up a fourth of a small onion and fry in two TBSP of bacon drippings,can keep bacon and crumble on top of gravy before serving if you wish).
2Add in two cans of tomatoes,chopped up or hand mushed to break them up.Juice and all.
3Now get 1/2 cup water and whisk in 2 TBSP of flour in a bowl.Whisk as you add this to the cooking pot of tomato gravy so there are no flour lumps in your gravy.
4Add in salt and pepper to your taste buds say its just right. And put this over a just homemade biscuit or a can biscuit.YUM YUM! I eat this right by itself.
