Melt in your mouth cinnamon pie

- 3/4 c
- plus 2 tbsp melted butter, divided
- 1 c
- chopped pecans
- 1/2 c
- 1 Tbsp

- refrigerated biscuite, 8 in total
1Heat oven to 375. Place 2 tbsp butter in bottom of deep dish pie pan. In bowl, combine pecans, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/4 of pecan mix over buuter in pan.
2Place remaining butter in a bowl. Seaprate each biscuit into 3 layers. Dip biscuit pieces into butter. Layer 8 pieces in bottom of pan.
3repeat pecan and biscuit layers. Top w/ remaining pecan mix. Drizzle w/ any remaining butter. Bake 20-25 mins, or until golden. Slice into wedges to serve. Make sure to spoon any pecans and butter over each serving.
