Ingredients For yummy chive biscuits

  • 2 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped, fresh chives
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1-1/2 c
    heavy, or light cream
  • 1 lg
    egg, lightly beaten

How To Make yummy chive biscuits

    Heat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in cream, mix until dough forms. Place on floured surface and knead 10 times, until smooth. Roll dough until 1/2"-thick. Cut dough into 12 biscuits. Place biscuits on baking sheet, brush w/ egg and bake for about 8-10 min, or until light brown.
