whipped cream biscuits

I love homemade biscuits -and make some good ones from scratch. However, I have used this recipe on and off since I saw it on the side of a Bisquick box over 15 years ago. Only 2 ingredients make these easy and scrumptious biscuits. Everyone remarks how flaky and good they are -and can't believe it when I tell them how easy and fool-proof they are to make. These also make great mini-ham biscuits. Just slice open the cooked biscuits and insert a ham slice -add your favorite condiments. I just use mustard, but you could have honey available, or other condiments. Enjoy!!
