Sweet apple cinnamon monkey bread
You'll need lots of napkins for this gooey dessert.

- grands refrigerated biscuits, like pillsbury

- packed light brown sugar
- 1-1/4 c
- sugar, divided
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 Tbsp

- sweet apples, peeled, chopped

- chopped pecans
1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a bundt pan w/ cooking spray. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and 1/4 cup sugar, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.
2Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cut each biscuit in 1/2. In bowl, stir together cinnamon and remaining sugar. Dredge 1 pkg of cut biscuit in cinnamon mix. Dredge both sides of biscuits. Place biscuit halves in bundt pan, forming a circle around the tube of pan.
3Top w/ chopped apples. Toss remaining cut biscuits in cinnamon mix. Arrange biscuits over apples. Pour butter mix over all. Sprinkle w/ pecans. Place pan on a cookie sheet on middle rack in oven. Bake 45 mins. Let sit 15 mins. Invert onto lg plate or platter. Scarpe syrup from bottom of bundt pan and spoon over bread Serve warm.
