- package rapid rise yeast
- 2 1/2
- cups pioneer buttermilk biscuit mix
- tablespoon sugar
- cup warm water, around 115 degrees on the thermometer
4I use an air baking sheet with parchment paper for best results. (The reason I like an air baking sheet is they don't overbrown baked goods) Place the cut rolls on the greased baking sheet and let them rise until double in size, about 30 minutes or so, and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
