This recipe was mixed in with my Christmas cookie recipes. I don't recall ever having made it, but it sure looks good, so I will be. It looked good enough to share, so here it is! If you try it, let me know what you think.

Ingredients For pumpkin black walnut biscuits

2 cflour

2 Tbspsugar
-
1 Tbspbaking powder
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspnutmeg
-
1/4 tspallspice
-
1/2 cbutter, cold
-
1/3 cwalnuts
-
2/3 ccanned pumpkin
-
1/2 cbuttermilk, may need a little more
-
additional sugar to sprinkle on top
How To Make pumpkin black walnut biscuits

1Mix all ingredients together. Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut into 2 inch rounds. Sprinkle with sugar. Place on baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
