This is more my style (at least for breads). YEA, I DON'T HAVE TO WORK WITH YEAST! Anything with yeast has never worked for me....

Ingredients For olive garden breadsticks #2

1 loaffrozen bread dough, thawed to room temperature

pam cooking spray
-
garlic powder, to taste
-
oregano, dried, to taste (optional)

butter, melted
How To Make olive garden breadsticks #2

1When dough is soft enough to knead, spray your fingers with Pam or oil & knead just until you can shape into cigar size pieces (about 8 to 10). Place these 3" apart on Pam sprayed cookie sheets.

2Let rise in a warm place until doubled - about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

3Lightly brush top of each with butter & then dust with garlic powder & oregano (if using).

4Bake at 375 degrees F about 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on rack to serve within a day or two.
