Ingredients

4 1/2 c
self rising flour
1 1/4 c
shortening
2 c
milk
2 c
freshly grated cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Combine and mix all ingredients. Pour out on floured wax paper. Pat dough out with your hands until dough in not sticky (add a little more floue if needed). Fold biscuits, cut biscuits with a biscuit cutter.
2Bake on cookie steet at 425 for 20 - 25 minutes
