"Mock" Red Lobster Biscuits

Laurie's Story

I absolutely love Red Lobster biscuits and have searched many years for something that comes close. While we'll probably never get our hands on the true recipe, here is one that will fool your taste-buds.


2 c
2/3 c
1/4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
parsley flakes
1/4 c
butter, softened

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients
Using a teaspoon, drop onto un-greased cookie sheet
Bake @ 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown
Brush with melted butter and serve.....Enjoy!!!

    This is pretty much like how I make mine except I brush some melted butter that has been mixed with garlic salt and some parsley flakes.

    Thanks Donna! I always have to make a double batch as the kids devour them.
    Kristin, I tried melted butter once but it started turning brown too quick and didn't rise as much. I'll have to try again.

    Laurie...I just brushed it on the biscuits right after they came out of the oven.
