I absolutely love Red Lobster biscuits and have searched many years for something that comes close. While we'll probably never get our hands on the true recipe, here is one that will fool your taste-buds.

Ingredients

2 c
bisquick
2/3 c
milk
1/4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
parsley flakes
1/4 c
butter, softened
1/4 c
sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Mix all ingredients
2
Using a teaspoon, drop onto un-greased cookie sheet
3
Bake @ 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown
4
Brush with melted butter and serve.....Enjoy!!!

Thanks, Laurie! I knew I could count on somebody on JAP having this recipe posted. I haven't made them for years, but I wanted to make them tomorrow to go with a big pot of soup for company, and I couldn't remember exactly how much cheese and garlic I used to put in them.

I have to tell you, your recipe sounds BETTER than the one I got from Red Lobster. Years ago, when we were eating there, I jokingly asked our waitress for the recipe. She shocked me by saying, "Oh, we make them in the back. They're simple. They're just Bisquick with some shredded cheddar cheese and minced garlic mixed in. And then, of course, when they come out of the oven, we DIP them in melted butter." Did you ever wonder why THEIRS dripped butter down your fingers? NOW you know! LOL!

I think that, since then, they HAVE modified the recipe, because now I can see the parsley flakes in them. The sour cream sounds like a nice addition, but not for our guests tomorrow, as one hates sour cream. I'll make them with all butter this time.
