This is a great way to make low fat Bisquick mix at home! I found this recipe a few years ago on a cooking site, posted by a member named ChefJeb. I've made it many times and it always works perfectly! I make a batch and keep it in a zip lock bag, so that its always ready when I need it for a recipe! You just add any kind of milk to moisten it...and its ready to go! I've made copycat Red Lobster biscuits with this! YUM! The photo is my own!

Ingredients For low fat bisquick mix

  • 3 c
    unsifted all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 c
    cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt

How To Make low fat bisquick mix

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Use any kind of milk...low fat, skim, etc. to moisten when ready to use!
