Lillian's StoryThis is a great way to make low fat Bisquick mix at home! I found this recipe a few years ago on a cooking site, posted by a member named ChefJeb. I've made it many times and it always works perfectly! I make a batch and keep it in a zip lock bag, so that its always ready when I need it for a recipe! You just add any kind of milk to moisten it...and its ready to go! I've made copycat Red Lobster biscuits with this! YUM! The photo is my own!
unsifted all purpose flour
nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 tsp

I have a question. Do you not use any fat of any kind to make the biscuts? If so what is the texture like?
