Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour
1/3 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
8 oz
lemon yogurt
1
egg, beaten
1/4 c
melted margarine
1 tsp
grated lemon peel
1 c
fresh of frozen blueberries

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl combine dry ingredients
2In a medium bowl combine yogurt, egg, melted margarine and lemon peel.
3Stir yogurt mixture into dry mixture until just moistened.
4Carefully fold in blueberries. Mixture is thick so this isn't easy!
5Drop by Tablespoon fulls onto greased (or lined with parchment paper) baking sheet.
6Bake at 400 for 13-18 minutes depending on your oven. Until golden brown on top.
7While they are baking, mix together:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2-3 T lemon juice
1/2 t grated lemon peel
8After cooling the biscuits on a cooling rack for a few minutes drizzle with the powdered sugar glaze.
9Try not to eat all of them before the rest of the family knows they are done! :)
