Easy, low-fat apple biscuits

I love making these delicious biscuits, especially since they're lower in fat and calories.

Ingredients

2 c
heart-healthy bisquick baking mix
1/4 c
chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp
sugar
3/4 tsp
apple pie spice
1/2 c
apple cider
1/2 c
peeled, shredded apple, i used granny smith

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, stir together baking mix, walnuts, sugar and spice.

Add cider and apple. Stir until dough forms. Drop by tbsp ful onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 mins, serve warm w/ maple syrup or butter. Or both, lol.
