Easy Crock Pot Caramel Rolls
By Kimmi Knippel (Sweet_Memories) KimmiK
They are the perfect breakfast on a cold morning & they make your house smell amazing while they bake.
With very few ingredients, these are SO easy to throw together in no time at all!
dark brown sugar, firmly packed
2 - 8 oz
tubes refrigerated biscuits
pure vanilla extract
Mix brown sugar & cinnamon together. Separate biscuits & dip into melted butter, then into brown sugar mixture coating both sides. Place into a greased slow cooker (single layer). (If small crock pot - have biscuits overlap so they all fit into crock pot.) Cover & cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 hours. Check to see if they are cooked through.
Mix together well. Add more milk if needed to get to desired consistency.
3Put on a plate & drizzle with favorite glaze or frosting.

DELICIOUS!!!!! easy too. I just want to go on record as saying I think I made them Weight Watcher friendly because I used Pam rather than greasing the crock with butter, yeah, that made them WAY less calories right? Seriously, if you have two crock pots, use both and make 2 batches, these things are really, really good! Kimmi, well done!!!!
