della's glazed prune biscuits

Recipe by
Stephanie L.
Altadena, CA

Della says she made this recipe one time when she was making biscuits and wanted to do something different, the only fruit she had was prunes,so that's what she used. She loved them and has been making them for many years now.She says she makes them plain also but still glazes them. She has a sweet tooth, like me! She calls them biscuits but they were like scones, they were so light! DELICIOUS! She says she makes them like this so she doesn't have to roll them and cut them. Della says she likes to cut the prunes small with kitchen scissors sprayed with Pam.
