Quick and easy if you're wanting to make "home made" biscuits but don't have a lot of time!

Ingredients For cream cheese biscuits

  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese
  • milk-just enough to moisten
  • flour for dusting work surface

How To Make cream cheese biscuits

    Heat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, cut cream cheese into biscuit mix until it resembles a cornmeal consistency. Add enough milke to mositen. Place dough on a floured surface and knead only 2-3 times. Make sure not to over knead, no one likes a tough biscuit!

    With a rolling pin, roll dough to desired thickness and cut with round cookie cutter or a glass, making sure to dip in flour before cutting.

    Place on baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. These are so good for breakfast or with a classic dinner like meatloaf and mashed potatoes.
