I love the flavor mix in this recipe. You would never guess that these are gluten free. I bet everyone will just eat these up!

Ingredients

1/4 c
butter, melted
4
eggs
1/3 c
coconut flour, sifted
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
baking powder
3/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Blend together eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.

2Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk into batter until there are no lumps.

3Fold in cheese.

4Drop batter by the spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
