Cheddar Apple Bisquits

This biscuits are great for breakfast, brunch or dinner. I serve them along side scrambled eggs or potato soup. We love them.

Ingredients

2/3 c
sugar
2/3 c
nuts, chopped
1 tsp
cinnamon
3 1/2 c
bisquick mix
1 1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
2
apples, finely chopped
2/3 c
ice cold water
1/2 c
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Mix first three ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

2Stir together Bisquick, cheese and apple. Add water just until mix is moistened.

3Form dough into balls. Dip in melted butter and then in sugar mixture. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

4Baked at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
