Vanessa "Nikita"'s Notes:

I have made this a few times before. I made this for lunch to go with my veggie soup. It goes great with soup or a pasta dish. It's easy to make my brother James can even do it. And you can use any cheese & bread you like. My uncle likes it with lots of cheese. 5/11/12

Directions

1
Frist pre-heat the oven to 350F. Spread a piece of foil over a cookie sheet & spray lightly with cooking spray.
2
Next slice the bread in half. Place on the foil lined cookie sheet. Spring the cheese evenly over both sides of the bread.
3
Then bake for about 10 to 15 mins or until the cheese is perfectly melted.

I'm going to try this with left-over hot dog buns....we always seem to have more buns than dogs.

Love this Kit!! I do this often and sometimes I spread butter on the bread, sprinkle with garlic and then add the mozzarella cheese.

I do something similar, with whatever buns we have. I just butter and sprinkle on Parmesan, then pop it under the broiler for a couple of minutes, until the cheese is golden. I'm going to be trying yours.

This is really good with hot-dog buns, the outer bun gets really crispy and the cheese is nice and melty and the bread is.....well bready! :0)
