Vanessa "Nikita"'s StoryI have made this a few times before. I made this for lunch to go with my veggie soup. It goes great with soup or a pasta dish. It's easy to make my brother James can even do it. And you can use any cheese & bread you like. My uncle likes it with lots of cheese. 5/11/12

1Frist pre-heat the oven to 350F. Spread a piece of foil over a cookie sheet & spray lightly with cooking spray.
2Next slice the bread in half. Place on the foil lined cookie sheet. Spring the cheese evenly over both sides of the bread.
