I adore crab! One of my favorite Cuisines is Asian. I decided to combine the two and came up with this great sammie. I hope you enjoy it. Happy Cooking...Cooking with Passion!

asian pickled raddish, chopped

mint , chopped

cilantro, chopped

red onion, chopped

lemon juice & zest

mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
black sesame seeds
1/2 c
cashews, course chopped
2 oz
baby spinach

asian crab & shrimp crackers

I ALSO BAKED SOME TEA BISCUITS THAT I BRUSHED WITH GARLIC GRAPE SEED OIL AND SPRINKED WITH BLACK SESAME SEEDS, COOK ACCORDING TO PACKAGE...ADD 12-15 MINUTES TO COOKING TIME IF USING BISCUITS

gather ingredients

mix mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice & zest together in a mixing bowl. fold in the other salad ingredients. chill at least 30 minutes
