1- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c butter, softened
1 c flour
1/2 c chedder cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400

Mix all ingredients, spoon into greased mini muffin pans.

Bake 15-17 min.

These don't have to include the cheese, I always add some, but are good without.

I have doubled the batch, and made larger bisquits in a regular cupcake size tin.

I just made these. It is snowing and I made a homemade chicken noodle soup, tossed a salad and baked up these little gems. I added 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/8 tsp salt to it and they are absolutely delicious. My family really enjoyed them. Thank you.
