6 ozbox Chicken flavored stuffing mix

2Eggs (lightly beaten)

1 1/2 ozpkg McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
How To Make beegee's best meatloaf

1In a skillet, add butter, green pepper, onion, and celery. Sauté until onion is “glossy”. In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, brown sugar, eggs, milk, stuffing mix, and sautéed onion mixture.

2Mix well until blended. Add Seasoning Mix. Mix well again. Place in a 9x5 loaf baking dish. Shape meat mixture into a loaf.

3Bake in a 375 F oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
